[Informative power of immunological parameters in prognosis of postoperative complications in hip joint replacement]

A retrospective analysis of clinical-and-immunological data as well as regressive analysis were used to detect the prognosticated signs of acute postoperative pneumonia in hip-joint replacement. The concentration of serum immunoglobulins and parameters of the blood phagocyte condition were found to be highly informative.
