Summary

Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-like weak inducer of apoptosis (TWEAK) activates NF-kappaB signaling through fibroblast growth factor-inducible 14. TWEAK uniquely induces prolonged NF-kappaB activation via both canonical and non-canonical pathways, involving TRAF proteins.
