Evaluation and management of left atrial lymphoma guided by transesophageal echocardiography

A highly mobile left atrial mass was detected by transesophageal echocardiography in a patient with mediastinal lymphoma. Transesophageal echocardiography also demonstrated resolution of the mass following chemotherapy.
