Summary

Two fighter pilots with Chiari Malformation Type I experienced flight-related symptoms like headaches and disequilibrium. This congenital condition, typically symptomatic earlier in life, presented asymptomatically in these pilots until high-G maneuvers exacerbated their symptoms.
