Bronchodilator reversibility testing in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Bronchodilator response in COPD is a continuous variable, not a simple responder/non-responder classification. This variability does not predict disease progression in patients with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
