[Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting using donut and SPY]

Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCAB) has been rapidly increased, because of its less invasiveness with low complications. However, graft patency rate highly depends on operators' capability due to technical difficulties. In this article, detail operative procedures are introduced to perform OPCAB in 100% for isolated coronary patients. Selecting better stabilizer may be a key of success.
