[Early diagnosis of acute postoperative hepatic insufficiency in surgical patients]

An original method for diagnosis of hepatic failure at the early postoperative period is described. Diagnosis of hepatic failure was confirmed in 98% of patients, in 2%, the diagnosis has proved to be uncertain.
