    Background:

    • Hodgkin's disease is a malignancy affecting the immune system.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate in vitro lymphocyte function and in vivo delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity (DCH) response in patients with Hodgkin's disease.
    • To compare immune responses between patients and healthy controls.

    • Assessed lymphocyte responsiveness to phytohemagglutinin (PHA) and mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC) in vitro.

    • Combined in vitro tests offer complementary assessment of cell-mediated immunity in Hodgkin's disease.
