[First experience with laparoscopic cholecystostomy in treatment of acute cholecystitis]

The authors report their experience with laparoscopic cholecystostomy in 37 patients. No failure in the surgery was noted, and complications were rare. The operation should be performed only by those specialists, who are experienced in the performance of laparoscopy.
