Toxicological aspects of preclinical studies of hemosorbents

The main tendencies in the development of methods for hemo- and lymphosorption are considered. Base toxicological requirements to sorbents have been formulated. Special attention is paid to possible tox effects of sorbents containing carcinogenic admixtures.
