Summary

Biodegradable microspheres releasing adriamycin (ADR) effectively reduced post-surgical fibrosis and maintained filtering bleb patency in glaucoma surgery models. Lower ADR doses showed fewer corneal complications, suggesting a promising approach for preventing ocular fibrosis.
