[Sarcoma of the abdominal wall ruptured during labor]

A case of fibrosarcoma of the extraperitoneal connective tissue of the right rectus muscle with rupture intra partum is reported. A review of the literature is presented. The prognosis after treatment by two consecutive operations and irradiation is discussed.
