Surgical management of Graves' ophthalmopathy

While most patients with Graves' ophthalmopathy have minor or largely cosmetic problems, severe ocular morbidity can occur and lead to blindness or eye loss. In this article the role of surgery in the management of Graves' ophthalmopathy is reviewed.
