Abstract:
The usually asymptomatic Chilaiditi's syndrome is a rare anomaly which in most cases is detected accidentally by x-rays. We report two unusual cases with incarcerated interpositio coli hepato-diaphragmatica. Differential diagnosis and surgical management are discussed.
