Summary

Blink reflex (BR) and brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) are valuable for detecting multiple sclerosis lesions, especially in the brainstem. Combining BR and BAEP tests improves diagnostic accuracy for subclinical and overt neurological damage.
