Diagnostic and therapeutic impact of implantable cardiac monitors across different clinical indications: a real-world cohort.

Implantable loop recorders (ILRs) effectively diagnosed recurrent syncope, palpitations, and dizziness in patients with inconclusive evaluations. The device identified significant arrhythmias in a small subset of events, proving safe and valuable for diagnosis.

Purpose of the Study:

  • A retrospective analysis of ten patients (aged 31-65) with recurrent syncope, palpitations, or dizziness was performed.
