Abstract
Objective:
To identify the genuiness on 5 samples of Bupleurum chinense DC. from cultivating base in Dongfeng County, Jilin Province.
Methods:
RAPD was used by 23 primers.
Results:
The three primers can effectively identify the genuiness of Bupleurum chinense.
Conclusion:
The genuiness identification of Bupleurum chinense can be made with RAPD analysis.
