Security-related benchmarking activities by North American hospitals

The results of a CHPA-Fellowship research project conducted for the International Healthcare Security and Safety Foundation. The study measures the frequency of current benchmarking activity by hospitals in the U.S. and Canada, as well as other findings about benchmarking in the health arena.
