Abstract:
Among the severe personality disorders, some can share several traits of Cluster B (prototype: Borderline personality), with traits from Cluster A (prototype: schizotypal personality). As the therapeutic attitude may be considerably different between the two, we suggest that the physician determine to which one of the two clusters a given patient comes closer. This article proposes some decision making support.
