Abstract:
Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is rapidly gaining popularity. Several techniques have been described to retract the prostate. We have developed a technique using a urethral catheter that is simple to reproduce and provides stationary anterior countertraction on the prostate that does not require an assistant.
