Abstract
Objective:
To observe the effect of Composite Yinchen Tablet (CYT) on lymphocytes proliferation in mice.
Methods:
By the method of 3H-TdR admixing, the effect of CYT on lymphocytes proliferation in mice were detected in vivo and in vitro.
Results:
CYT in high, medium and low dose could significantly increase the cpm level of 3H-TdR. CYT could improve the lymphocytes function of mice.
Conclusion:
CYT could enhance cellular immune function.
