[Topographoanatomical substantiation of omentopancreatoplasty]

A new method of omentopancreatoplasty, envisaging formation of two strands of greater omentum with secured blood supply, was elaborated, basing on analysis of topographoanatomical investigations results. Omentum tissue are fixed along all the pancreas.
