Summary

Prokinetics, histamine H2-receptor antagonists (H2RAs), and proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) effectively treat non-ulcer dyspepsia (NUD) symptoms compared to placebo. However, potential publication bias for prokinetics and H2RAs warrants cautious interpretation of their efficacy in NUD.
