Background:

Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma is an uncommon benign odontogenic tumor.
It predominantly affects the pediatric population, often presenting in the jawbones.

Observation:

A case report details a ten-year-old child with a slow-growing, asymptomatic mandibular tumor.
The lesion was located in the posterior mandible.

Findings:

The tumor was diagnosed as ameloblastic fibro-odontoma.
Surgical enucleation was performed as the treatment modality.
Post-operative follow-up revealed no signs of tumor recurrence.

Implications:

This case supports the efficacy of conservative surgical management for ameloblastic fibro-odontoma in children.
