- An LV dyssynchrony cutoff of 65 ms predicted clinical improvement (80% sensitivity) and reverse remodeling (92% specificity).

- LV dyssynchrony >/= 65 ms is associated with positive response to CRT.
- Patients with significant LV dyssynchrony (> 65 ms) demonstrate an excellent prognosis after CRT.
- Tissue Doppler imaging-assessed LV dyssynchrony is a valuable tool for predicting CRT success.
