Objective:
To determine the contents of tetrandine in tetrandine microsphere for the quality control of the preparation.
Method:
Tetradine in microsphere was determined by spectrophotometry of standard curve.
Result:
The content of tetrandine was 44.5% +/- 0.26% (n=3).
Conclusion:
The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
