Organization--the key for a successful presentation

Organizing a presentation that flows smoothly, logically, and creatively requires extensive preparation. Adequate preparation time gives you an opportunity to receive constructive criticism by having your colleagues critique your speech prior to public presentation. Continuous practice before a "friendly" audience helps to build confidence.
