Abstract:
The authors made a short analysis of the epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis of the HIV-infection and AIDS. There was presented contradictory attitudes about the influence of the pregnancy over the progress of the HIV-infection and AIDS, and the effect of HIV-infection and AIDS on the pregnancy development. There was also described the injuries of the fetus and newborn. There was exposed conceptions about the obstetric behavior and the way of delivery by pregnant women, who have been infected with HIV, AIDS sick persons and zidovudine treated patients.
