Summary
Buccal mucosal graft (BMG) urethroplasty is effective for anterior urethra reconstruction. A single-stage dorsal onlay BMG technique offers excellent results for various urethral strictures, proving versatile for all segments.

- To evaluate the efficacy of buccal mucosa urethroplasty for reconstructing all anterior urethra segments.
- To present institutional experience with single-stage and two-stage BMG urethroplasty.

- Retrospective analysis of 92 patients undergoing BMG urethroplasty (1998-2003).
- 75 patients had single-stage dorsal onlay BMG (bulbar, pendulous, pan-urethral).
- 17 patients had two-stage urethroplasty for various stricture locations.
