Summary

Laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) revealed increased masseter muscle blood flow during clenching in healthy subjects. In patients with myofibrotic lesions, LDF indicated elevated resting blood flow, while healthy adults showed no significant changes in pulpal blood flow during simulated occlusion.
