Massive hemorrhagic retinal detachment during radial optic neurotomy

Summary
Radial optic neurotomy (RON) for central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) can cause arterial bleeding. Liquid perfluoro-carbon infusion effectively stopped bleeding from the RON incision site in a case study.
