Summary

Doppler Tissue Imaging (DTI) and M-mode Echocardiography (MME) accurately assess Left Ventricular (LV) function. Pulsed-wave Doppler Tissue Imaging (PWDTI) parameters show stronger correlation with plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) levels than MME, aiding early LV dysfunction diagnosis.
