Anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha (anti-TNF-alpha) biologics reduce specific autoantibodies like rheumatoid factor (RF) and anticyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. However, these treatments can also induce other autoantibodies, such as antinuclear antibodies (ANAs).
