Scanning and transmission electron microscopy demonstrates bacteria in osteoradionecrosis

This study visualized bacteria in osteoradionecrosis (ORN) bone tissue using electron microscopy. Findings suggest microorganisms play a role in ORN, potentially requiring a reevaluation of its causes.
