Summary

Medicaid patients with overactive bladder (OAB) showed better medication persistence with once-daily long-acting agents (tolterodine ER, oxybutynin ER) compared to immediate-release oxybutynin (oxybutynin IR). Further research is needed on non-persistent patients.
