Abstract:
Karphedone treatment (50 mg/kg over a period of two weeks) increased the ovary weight coefficient and increased the gestation index in female rats, while not affecting the terms of pregnancy and the characteristics of embryo development. At the same time karphedone decreased nicotinic cholinoreceptor mediated CNS activity, but produced no dopaminergic action.
