Abstract:
Methods have been developed for determining glycan galactosylation of recombinant monoclonal antibodies based on a number of techniques including: electrospray-ionization mass spectrometry, matrix-assisted laser-desorption time-of-flight mass spectrometry, as well as fluorescent labelling and analytical separation of released glycans. While the techniques used differ in the analytical approaches, they all yield highly reproducible, linear and precise data for IgG glycoform analysis.
