Abstract:
After the introduction of the concept of extracorporeal tissue transfer by the author in 1988, the technique has gained world wide acceptance and popularity. However it has not been used intraorally and in this paper we present its use in three very difficult intra-oral reconstructions. The technique is presented along with the results, and the merits discussed.
