Abstract:
An unusual case of acute renal failure associated with lymphoma and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is described. There was an impressive response to chemotherapy and parallel improvement in renal function. The rare occurrence of lymphoma-related renal failure in AIDS patients is presented as well as a review of the different ways AIDS and lymphoma can impair renal function.
