[Naphthalan effects on phagocytic processes in peritoneal macrophages in secondary immunodeficiency]
Abstract:
Effects of naphthalan on the number of peritoneal macrophages and phagocytic processes were studied in vitro and in cyclophosphamide-induced immunodeficiency in white mice. In vitro, naphthalan increased the number of peritoneal macrophages and stimulated their functional processes. In conditions of secondary immunodeficiency the number of naphthalan applications correlated with an increase in quantitative and functional parameters of macrophagal immunity. Thus, naphthalan has an immunocorrective effects on phagocytic processes.
