Metastatic orbital angiosarcoma in a 61-year-old woman showed partial response to chemotherapy (paclitaxel, doxorubicin, ifosfamide) and radiotherapy. While not curative, chemotherapy offered palliative benefit and extended survival compared to a similar case.
