Resistance to cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) outflow (Rcsf) is crucial for diagnosing hydrocephalus. Age-matched Rcsf thresholds and correlation with cerebral autoregulation improve diagnostic accuracy for normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH).
