  • Superficial angiomyxomas necessitate surgical excision.
  • Local recurrence is a possibility following treatment.

Implications:

  • Carney's complex must always be excluded in cases of superficial angiomyxoma.
  • This report details a unique case of a solitary, fast-growing superficial angiomyxoma.
