Thyroid hormone treatment did not significantly improve pulmonary function in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism. While oxygen saturation slightly increased, overall respiratory function remained unchanged, suggesting benefits are more evident in overt hypothyroidism.

  • To evaluate changes in pulmonary function before and after thyroid hormone treatment.
