Symptom-specific EEG power correlations in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) patients show altered frontal brain activity on electroencephalography (EEG). Neurophysiological findings correlate differently with obsessions versus compulsions, suggesting distinct underlying mechanisms.
