Magnetic source imaging (MSI) shows high accuracy for localizing seizures in epilepsy surgery candidates, potentially replacing invasive intracranial electroencephalogram (ICEEG) tests. This noninvasive method offers valuable diagnostic information for presurgical evaluation.
