Lopinavir-ritonavir: effects on endothelial cell function in healthy subjects

Lopinavir-ritonavir, an antiretroviral, did not directly impair endothelial cell function in HIV-negative subjects. Forearm blood flow responses to vasodilators improved, suggesting no short-term endothelial dysfunction from this treatment.
