Fracture of ProFile nickel-titanium rotary instruments: a laboratory simulation assessment

The incidence of ProFile nickel-titanium rotary instrument fracture was low in dental student simulations. Preventive measures effectively minimized ProFile instrument fractures in simulated root canals.
