Abstract:
The article presents data of 78 patients with hiatal hernias. Surgical treatment was used in 71 of them. A method of plasty is proposed which was used in 55 patients. An analysis of immediate and remote results has shown that the method proposed is highly radical and allows obtaining good clinical effects.
