Background:

  • Cataract surgery often involves intraocular lens (IOL) implantation to restore vision.
  • Standard monofocal IOLs provide good distance vision but limited near vision without correction.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To compare visual outcomes and accommodative amplitude between the Crystalens accommodating IOL and standard monofocal IOLs.
